The Roko spa was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Even though i was late to my treatment the staff kindly rescheduled me. The massage was relaxing. We went to the hydro spa, swimming, sauna & steam. The holding was very clean and hygienic. I will always recommend and plan to visit again.

Living close to the Roko Health Club makes this place really convenient for me, so I’ve become a regular visitor in recent months. The gym is really nice, but for me the best thing of all is the spa. It’s so relaxing in there, and the people who work there are really nice. I’ve had a few treatments recently, but the facial was the best of all. Can’t wait to go back again!

Relaxing Spa day!
I booked a mini-spa day for my friend and I as a birthday present for her.
After the slightly worrisome start of the day when we were told our booking was only for the treatment and not to use the facilities, I had to search for the SpaSeekers email confirmation on my phone. This helped to clear the mix-up and get us in.
The rest of the day and the treatment was very relaxing - we enjoyed using the pool, sauna, steam room et al and we rounded up the day with lovely coffee and cookies!
I will recommend that guest bookings are clearly labelled to ensure the day begins nicely for guests.
Overall the the grounds and facilities are superb and it was great value for the minispa day.

Great day for the price
We had a great day at Roko health club.
Towels were provided which was great but robe and slippers would have been nice too.
Pool area, sauna, steam room was excellent. Would definitely recommend going in the morning on a Sunday because they open it up for kids and swimming lessons in the afternoon which kills the atmosphere.
Not the best massage I've ever had but certainly relaxing.
Great coffee included
Excellent gym facilities.
Really good cafe on site if you want to stay for lunch.
Overall a great day for under £50 but would perhaps go for a different option if it was a special occasion.
