Been here many times on spa days. Although we are non members, staff are always polite, kind and courteous and couldn’t make our visits any better. Spa staff are fantastic. Been to Champneys a few times, which is far more expensive and always find Bannatynes spa staff to be much better trained and the treatments are outstanding.

We had a lovely day at Kingsford Park. The package with three treatments and access to the extensive facilities was very reasonably priced for what was provided. The treatments were all great and done by polite, professional and lovely staff (Isabella was especially considerate). The facilities have been recently refurbished to a very high standard and are clean and with many different options available. Food was reasonably priced and very tasty. We were able to take our time with lunch and not feel rushed. Saturdays are clearly very busy with lots of people but there was plenty of space. Will definitely visit again for a special occasion.

Spa was lovely nice big sauna and steam room so always managed to get a seat. Seating has the usual issues at peak time with people leaving towels down but we didn’t have to wait long for a lounger. Jacuzzi is nice and powerful and thermal pool was lush! We had treatments with our package and then managed to add extra on the day which were all brilliant. Relaxation rooms were lovely and we managed to get in those as a group of 4. Waiting rooms in the treatment areas probably need a few more seats because everyone was kind of hanging around when all seats taken. Food choices are limited and some wasn’t actually too good (scones were rock hard) so we ended up getting a refund in those. Sandwiches and chips were nice though. It was sunny the afternoon we were there so we got to sit in the sunshine on a lounger with a cocktail which was so lovely. We will be booking to come back because it was a nice day with friends.

Amazing facilities, very spacious and our treatments were also fantastic. However we had to travel to get there so didn't arrive till 11:30am, all the sun lounger around the pool, of which there is maybe 30; were all taken with towels. We spent hours in the pool/sauna area and most were not used during this time. Real shame when there seems to be enough to go around. Assume it's the regular gym goers etc that cause this issue not the 1 off spa guests. Feel there should be a policy in place. Would go again though!
