We had a wonderful, thoroughly relaxing experience at the spa today. The facilities were spotless, fully functional, and delightfully uncrowded, creating the ideal atmosphere to unwind. A special shoutout goes to Nicole, who provided an exceptional experience. Even while tackling four back-to-back massages, her quality and attention to detail remained completely consistent throughout—she is a true professional! As a small suggestion to make the treatment rooms even better, adding some soft background music would elevate the ambiance even further. After our treatments, we enjoyed a delicious two-course meal at San Carlo. The food was lovely and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The only minor hiccup was that the restaurant didn't have our booking details on arrival. Luckily, they accommodated us right away without issue, though a smoother handoff between the booking system and the restaurant would make the experience seamless. Despite that small bump, we had a brilliant day and will definitely be booking again.

Lovely spa to take some time out at a great price. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi was out of use which would have made the day even better. Wasn’t over crowded, changing rooms great. Would go again.
