Overall a good spa, not outstanding but very good value for money. Staff very rules based and not biased towards customer service. Spa itself very nice and clean if a little work in places. Good food, tasty and fresh.

My daughter aged 22 and myself 62 always have a yearly break away. The hotel staff all polite and spa staff too. Was just the relaxing time we both needed even though local to me it seemed miles away. Used all the spa facilities ,had a facial bought our Elemis products no pushy sales. I love items. Room very spacious in hotel and view of garden. Breakfast was delicious and a big choice. Definitely going again. Well done to all staff x
