The spa itself was clean and well maintained. The sauna was lovely, and the pool was a great temperature. Sadly the steam room wasn’t working and we reported it. Maintenance came out quickly but were unable to fix it during our time there which is unfortunate.

The spa is in beautiful part of London. On entry staff were very welcoming, though explained that the swimming pool was closed due to excessive chlorine levels. This was disappointing but about half an hour later all was rectified. My wife had a massage that she really enjoyed, and the relaxation room was great as was the gym. Unfortunately several lockers in the men's changing room were not functional. Would be good to have them fixed. Also the shower heating temperature didn't seem to be working properly in all showers and was variable which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, nice experience for a reasonable price.

The structure is okay. A little bit annoying the sauna and steam rooms were 2 different for male and female, so my boyfriend and I had to split. Swimming pool water could have been a little bit warmer.

Really lovely helpful staff and the relaxation room is a hidden little gem at the top of the spa. Sauna and steam are okay not the best not the worst but overall if you utilise all areas of the spa it’s well worth the money.
