Really lovely helpful staff and the relaxation room is a hidden little gem at the top of the spa. Sauna and steam are okay not the best not the worst but overall if you utilise all areas of the spa it’s well worth the money.

The spa was lovely -great location and friendly staff. The time passed quickly and having the relaxation zone and tea and coffee on hand was an extra treat. The lockers and some of the showers could do with attention but otherwise everything well maintained.

I went for the day with my best friend for her birthday treat. The booking process was a bit chaotic as they wanted us to have our treatments one after the next (meaning when one was in a treatment the other was on her own). I was not happy about that and to be fair they managed to find a solution where we could have our treatments together which I fully appreciated. The swimming pool /sauna /steam room are not very luxurious but they are practical and clean. However, the spa area is very nice and the treatments were very good. The facial in particular I fully recommend. It was outstanding. I had a therapist called Dalsi. I fully recommend her! It was a reasonable price for the day we had. The prosecco tea up in the main hotel was also very nice. I would go again.

Pool steam and sauna. Had a day pass to use the facilities. Staff were flexible, helpful and friendly. Steam room is amazing worth noting it’s single sex steam and sauna located in changing rooms. Lovely shower. Pool slightly on small side but was still a pleasant experience wasn’t too busy when we went. Next level for me would be if there was a hydro pool or jacuzzi.

My daughter and I had a lovely spa day. It was very relaxing and the venue itself was really nice. The 2 treatments we had were excellent and the ladies were friendly and competent. It was clean overall, except the towels bins were overflowing. The facilities were good but the pool doesn't have a shallow end so difficult for non-swimmers.
