Very friendly & helpful staff in all areas, particularly in the cafe & reception. Great range of equipment in the gym, pool, steam & Jacuzzi -all clean. Fabulous treatments & thought the heated loungers were lovely to be able to relax before & after a treatment. First time here with my daughters & will definitely return.

I enjoyed my massage very much. The Jacuzzi was fabulous and the pool really nice. Changing facilities and lockers worked really well. I arrived by car and struggled to find the main entrance. A small map with the booking would be helpful. There were Blue Badge spaces near the entrance which was good for me but lots of steps to get in. Inside there is a lift if needed. Would have liked self service food. Would go back again.

Had a great day chilling at Bannatyne Fairfield. The pool area and steam room are in the basement with low lighting. Great advice from the beautician I had a lovely back, neck and scalp massage with. The chill out area was nice on the top floor where the treatment rooms are and we relaxed on the warm loungers a couple of times during the day. We had a discount on an extra treatment and a £10 off Elemis voucher! We met a friendly lady in the café who we think was part of the spa management team. She asked for feedback on our experience which we were happy to share. It was an enjoyable day all round 😊

Brought this spa day for mum's birthday. Was our first time coming to Fairfield Bannatyne and it did not disappoint. Staff very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The pool was beautiful, and spa facilities relaxing. All areas clean. Will definitely be back for more spa days and treatments.
