A very good relaxing time had including a facial. Lunch in cafe had too. Shame no room for more loungers by pool but on the whole very good place to visit.

Overall positive experience. Reception staff, friendly and welcoming. Spa staff, friendly and welcoming. For my treatment I had Harley who was fantastic. Facilities itself- could have been cleaner, lighting by the Jacuzzi needs fixing as kept going light and dark. More beds needed as struggle to find a bed. The towel and robe hire is a little steep too. But overall positive. Thank you :)

The thing I love most in a spa is the steam room, so it was disappointing to find this and the Jacuzzi were both out of action all day. Other facilities were good. Facial and massage performed in a thorough quiet and calm manner so a lovely de-stressing experience. Would have liked lighter options in the cafe.

Having been to this spa a few times I was really looking forward to my spa day, and it didn't disappoint. In previous visits the spa has been extremely busy with inadequate lounger space. It was great to experience a quieter day and to see more loungers had been purchased. I was a little disappointed the steam room was out of use, and I was only informed late the night before. I think a gesture of apology would have been a nice touch, a free hot drink on arrival for example. The treatment itself was amazing and all in all it was a great day.
