Treatments were good as part of the package. Spa was small but had a lot of space to relax. Missing a hydrotherapy pool or Jacuzzi.

Had an excellent stay arrived at hotel at 12pm, had asked for early check-in however the hotel was fully booked the night before our arrival. We had spa treatments booked for 3pm so we went to spa with our luggage etc. The 2 treatments me and my sister both had were fantastic a facial and back, shoulder message. The whole experience was amazing staff at hotel were amazing. The rooms in hotel were a little tired however this did not detract from our experience.

Me and my daughters had the most relaxing massage and time in the spa, followed by afternoon tea, chef provided a nut free alternative for my daughter which was amazing, waiter went above and beyond to look after us. Such a perfect experience.

Lovely massage and facial, prompt and polite. Good value. Afternoon tea could do with looking at improvements and generally the other staff in reception could help in cafe at busy periods to keep busy instead of just sat about. One man doing cafe really busy, on his own, bit scruffy.

Spa and treatment was amazing had a lovey relaxing day. Hotel stay was a bit of a let down, hotel needs updating . Bathroom had no shampoo or bath/shower gel bottles on show but empty. Breakfast took an hour for us to receive our hot food.
