We had a brilliant time at imagine spa in Kensington. The place was clean, staff were lovely and treatment was very relaxing. An overall wonderful experience, I would recommend to anyone!

My special retreat
I find the pressures of living in London can get to me sometimes, so having my own place to escape to is so important. Imagine Spa Kensington has everything I need to unwind and forget all about the usual pressures. I love the fact that as soon as I walk through the door I feel that I’m leaving my tensions behind. I have been a regular visitor for a while now, and I see no reason to stop going. I think this place helps me to retain my sanity in an increasingly difficult world. I’d recommend it to everyone.

While this spa is on the fairly basic end in terms of facilities (there were only 5 beds around the pool to lounge on etc), the staff and massages we received were outstanding. They made it very personal and advised greatly - my massage was one of the best I've had in years, so couldn't recommend it anymore for treatments.
We went on a Tuesday afternoon and there was a little struggle to get a sun-bed, so maybe beware busier times as you may not get one. Jacuzzi was nice. We didn't receive our free Prosecco, but it was okay as we headed straight to the lovely hotel bar (that had more impeccable service) and indulged there instead.
Overall I wouldn't hesitate to go back - staff were most welcoming, especially in these tricky times, it'd just be great to have a little more relaxation space available. It's also worth noting there are children's swimming lessons throughout the day, which didn't bother us but maybe avoid if you want the tranquil silence of other spas.

Not great not terrible
Not great, not terrible. The Jacuzzi is small even for a single person. The swimming pool was full of children. The massage was decent and the therapist very friendly.
