A brief afternoon of relaxation in the spa with my boyfriend. Very polite and welcoming staff. Excellent and accommodating facilities. Looking forward to our next visit!
Me and my boyfriend came for the day and we had a back massage and a facial - 45 mins in total. At the start, we struggled to find the entrance to the spa section of the hotel, so it could have been made clearer prior to our visit which entrance to use! Once we arrived, we were shown round the facilities. all of the staff were lovely and the treatments were excellent; we felt very relaxed.
After our treatments we went to the pool/sauna/steam room area and stayed there for a few hours. the facilities were clean, quiet and very relaxing. overall it was a lovely spa day and great value for money as we only payed £45 each.
We booked the spa for my birthday. It was easy to book the day and extras too. The hotel was beautiful and I would definitely stay there. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. We had lunch there which was delicious and reasonably priced. My treatment was very relaxing and exceeded expectations. They have a relaxation room to wait in which was comfy and clean. The spa facilities were clean, looked nice and were not too busy. The only downside was that the steam room was not working. All in all a lovely relaxing day.
Well what can I say - excellent facility and great staff, furthermore the full body massage was excellent with addition to hot stones.
I visited with my daughter for the Afternoon Tea Spa Day before she went back to Uni and we had a lovely day together. Excellent location, facilities, staff... and the cream tea was amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. The girls who ran the spa and treatments were lovely. All in all a wonderfully relaxing day and one I’d highly recommend ☺️
