This was our first Spa day and a birthday present for my wife. The experience was generally good. We received a warm welcome and a clear explanation of how the day would work, we had towels and robes ready available and decided to have our lunch in the Spa itself. The pool whilst quite small was very nice , the steam room and sauna very clean and functioned well. The treatments that we had were also very relaxing We felt that the spa lacked a Jacuzzi. Whilst we understand that this spa is in a hotel. We did not expect a relaxing day was going to be interrupted by a loud and invasive water aerobics class just after our lunch and took up pool time for 3/4 hour. Changing rooms were spotless, staff very attentive the sandwich lunch was very nice but personally please lose the vegetable crisps or offer either those or the more standard potato variety. All in all we enjoyed the experience and would concede that the niggles were minor. 7/10

I took my daughter for her birthday, it was a lovely relaxing time. We both had the neck, shoulder and back massage. It was amazing, we then went on to use the pool before having lunch in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and professional and everything was on time. Would Definitely recommend.

A wonderfully relaxing time had especially due to the gorgeous sunny weather and eating our exceptionally good picnic lunch outside enjoying the beautiful grounds. The pool could have been warmer and had it been we would have spent more time in it. A Jacuzzi would have been nice but we made use of the sauna and steam rooms.
