I could not fault a single thing about our spa break. The staff are fabulous, so attentive, everything is ran to perfection, very friendly and welcoming. The spa was an amazing experience, lovely outdoor and indoor Jacuzzi, sauna and ice bath. No pool, but for me this was perfect as there were no children. Complimentary tea/coffee were included which is a nice touch. Staff kept area very clean too. The massage was the best I've had, very relaxing, again therapists were lovely. We had a 3 course meal in restaurant which was faultless, great choice and lovely food. Breakfast fantastic too, staff ensured buffet was always replenished. Hotel room fine and grounds stunning. Would absolutely book again.

Really enjoyed massage and use of spa, only down fall was children jumping in pool and being noisy. I wish I booked during term time. So I could stayed longer.

My friend and I went for her birthday treat. It was both our first time going for a spa day. The service we received from the staff was wonderful from walking through the doors, through the treatments and lunch. The pool itself whilst being clean was looking quite 'tired' and in need of a little TLC. It was nice to see posters up around the pool informing guests of benefits of each therapy for different ages of guests. The treatment rooms were wonderful and the therapists could not have been much better. The back massage and facial taster were excellent. The dining experience was okay. Our waitress was lovely. The choice of food was okay. The presentation of the food was lovely, however, I would have liked freshly battered fish rather than shop bought. Overall the experience was really nice and will be going back as a treat again some time in the near future.
