Arrived mid-morning with my daughter for lunch, spa treatments and afternoon tea. Changed into complimentary robes and slippers before being shown around the facilities by the friendly receptionist. Impressed with the cleanliness everywhere. The changing rooms, toilets, showers and cafe area were spotless. A quick dip in the, equally clean, swimming pool was refreshing - before we tucked into one of the Sandwich Boxes on offer for lunch. Each box contained delicious sandwiches, crisps, dressed green salad, olives and warm couscous. Free hot drinks are available at any time. Relaxed on loungers in the quiet room before our massages which were carried out by very skilful masseurs. Only complaint - it was over too soon! Relaxed back in the lounge before getting changed and making our way to the hotel for our Afternoon Tea. A very good selection of sandwiches, scones and cream, and cakes. A wonderful relaxing day that made us feel special. Can’t wait to visit again!
Very nice and very relaxing.
Lovely day spent with daughter No 1. We both had wonderful back massages, spent time in the pool and spa then rounded the day off with an amazing high tea in the hotel overlooking the South Downs. Can't fault the venue and all the staff were so friendly and courteous.
Booked this spa day as a birthday treat for my friend. We both had the radiance facial, which was lovely and relaxing and left my skin feeling great. The facilities are really clean and well maintained, with very helpful staff. We had the afternoon tea in with our package and it was delicious, with a good selection of finger sandwiches and cakes, and unlimited tea or coffee. This is my third booking at the East National and it won’t be my last. I would highly recommend treating yourself to a spa day here. We left feeling totally relaxed and recharged.
Excellent facilities and treatments. Delicious afternoon tea in the hotel.
