The best part of the whole Spa experience was the treatment. I had the Swedish Whole body massage. It was the top and the lady did an excellent job. I will definitely go again just for Spa treatment. However, the food was not great there is nothing good say about the menu choices for dinner, the afternoon tea as well as the breakfast. I guess you get what you paid for. The staff were friendly and polite. The swimming pool and sauna were too small. Overall the weekend was relaxed and area very quiet from the urban noise.

Treatments and pool facilities were good as was afternoon tea. The bar area was disappointing as pumps weren't working (we wanted soft drinks) so couldn't get any mixers! Room was comfortable however hotel in middle of nowhere. Probably wouldn't stay again.

We booked the 2 night luxury spa break at Mercure Birmingham West hotel to celebrate my mums 60th birthday and we had such a lovely time! The staff and customer service was amazing, the reception staff even gave my mum a card and small gift. Everyone was super helpful and lovely to chat with, especially Caroline from the restaurant. The spa team were really nice too and treatments were great. The woman who did my mums massage gave her great advice on skincare for future reference which she really appreciated. It was such a pleasant stay and experience overall, really happy with it. Rooms were decent and beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was lovely as well as the 3 course dinner. Would be happy to return and stay again!

Arrived at the hotel just after check in time, check in was quick and easy, and the lady at the front desk was very polite and friendly. We got to the room and were pleased by the interior design and organisation, but soon after we started a closer inspection found things like damp stains, hair on sheets and in sink, stains on the table, I reckon their cleaners are not very thorough with the cleans which raises some health/safety concerns. The spa was great, apart from the other people using who were quite looky, the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and pool were all great and had us feeling extremely relaxed. The lad at the front desk here was very polite, friendly and helpful. Dinner in the evening was much better than expected - served a grilled chicken burger and it was amazing. Chef is doing good work. Breakfast was served in the same place and was of the same quality. The staff here stand out for their professionalism in hospitality.

It was our anniversary and I booked the spa through SpaSeekers for two nights with breakfast both mornings, one night with evening meal and one afternoon tea. We also had 1 hour treatment each. The food and service was wonderful. Our room was upgraded to a Privilege room with king bed without charge.
