Staff were very lovely and helpful. I'd highly recommend the Single express spa day - very worth it in terms of everything that you get included in the package. The massage was done quite well. Facilities were good. I liked the fact that they sold mud masks to use in the steam rooms if you were interested but it wasnt something that was forced upon you to buy but from your own enquiry.

Our experience was really good and we could not fault the service we received. We arrived two hours early but was still able to check in to our room which mean we had more time to spend the luxurious spa. The two meals we had (Dinner and Breakfast) was splendid it was definitely the highlight of our experience - WELL DONE Best Western.

Me and my boyfriend came for a last minute trip away and we had an amazing time!! It was a beautiful hotel and we got the room with treatment, and use of the facilities for a great price!! I will definitely use SpaSeekers again!

Husband's Birthday Treat

I booked a spa weekend with the 3 course meal for my Husbands Birthday. The hotel itself is nice, the Spa and reception/dining area seem to have been modernised however the rooms are a little tired (but clean and comfy). I upgraded to a full body massage for each of us and was very pleased with Sarah the beautician. The only let down for us with the spa is that there isn't a pool due to the building itself being a listed building. Both dinner and breakfast were very nice. Do be careful when parking the hotel issue a permit, this is not for the road outside the hotel. We found this out when a traffic warden was giving us a ticket, luckily we were eating our breakfast and managed to explain to the warden who was very pleasant and advised that the permits were for the car park by the shopping outlet.
All in all a nice break.Heidi O'Neill, Chatham
