Really enjoyed my spa experience. The treatment was very relaxing and the lady was very friendly doing the treatment. The quiet room was amazing however the pool is hot and noisy and full of kids so not very enjoyable. Stayed about 20 minutes but had enough.

Really enjoyable day from breakfast on arrival to relaxing by the pool then onto a delicious lunch with several choices. Onto 2 treatments which were very enjoyable and well delivered, then to the relaxation room to chill. Complimentary hot drinks available throughout the day. Would definitely return.

This is my second time here now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a signature spa day! The hotel and spa is so clean and you feel like royalty. It is such a beautiful place with peaceful vibes. The staff and hospitality are so welcoming and friendly, always happy to help. My mum and I had a back massage which was amazing, we both feel so deeply relaxed, tension is released and feel so good. I would definitely recommend Moor Hall hotel and spa to any family and friends!

We had a spa and afternoon tea experience, we arrived at 10am, kids are allowed until 11am so it was very loud but we knew this in advance, lockers were easy to use, changing area was basic and had hair dryers. The pool was all one depth, Jacuzzi was ok and small (3 or 4 people) sauna and steam room. We had a facial and this was fantastic. The spa bit ended at 2pm so quite early and then we had afternoon tea and this was perfect. Home by 3pm Quite a short day but good quality.

Had a fabulous time at Moor Hall! Spa facilities aren't massive but the pool, sauna and steam room were modern, clean and ticked all the boxes for me. The TempleSpa Smoothie Facial was epic!! Loved the smells! And the beautician was very good and friendly. My face is still reaping its benefits 24 hours later. Afternoon tea was plentiful for one, good choice of sandwiches and cakes. Only thing I would say is the spa lounge needs more. Would love some heated mosaic seating somewhere.
