Overall this is a nice little spa, little being the important word here. The reception staff are lovely and the treatment really nice, very relaxing, but the size is a bit of an issue the pool is small but nice enough and the Sauna and Steam room the same. The main issue we found was lack of loungers only 6 at the side of the pool and one of those was broken and 2 heated loungers in a relaxation area so 7 available places to sit, between about 20 people using the facilities, and you're left with people having to sit in the reception area overlooking the pool rather than be able to enjoy it. And you're left with the lottery of having to rush in and grab a lounger if one becomes free, It did improve in the afternoon so maybe just the mornings are busy.

We had a party of six for a 40th birthday, the hotel was clean, the bedrooms were spacious, and all staff that we met were very polite and considerate. The spa treatments we all had where excellent, the spa itself was small but adequate, nice steam room and sauna and pool, not enough beds or chairs to relax on but for the space I don’t think they could have any more. It was a bit chilly lounging on the beds after getting out of the pool, maybe needed a higher temperature in the pool area due to the time of year. The dinner choice was very good and food was really good, good and plentiful breakfast. Overall excellent value for the price, and would definitely stay there again.

My treatment with Molly was fabulous, it was tailored for my needs and everything was explained perfectly My only moan would be I couldn’t enter the spa until 10am and my treatment was at 11.00 meaning I could only use the facilities for one hour, not really a spa day . I was advised after my treatment not to use the pool, sauna or steam room due to the product on my skin.

This was a special treat for my daughter and niece to celebrate their 30th. There were 5 of us in we all. we all felt we had an amazing time and were very well looked after throughout the day. The choice of treatments was plentiful, and we loved the fact that you could decide to change your options on the day. All the staff were helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. The luxury afternoon tea was superb and catered to all our needs, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free, so we'll done to everyone involved. Would definitely recommend đź‘Ś
