I booked for six of us for a birthday treat. The staff were very polite & informative. The facilities i.e. steam room, sauna pools were very good overall. The only negative was the changing rooms were a little small & cramped. We all had massages which were excellent. Daniel was excellent. The tea, sandwiches & cakes were lovely. It’s the first time we all sat in a hotel restaurant with our robes on! Overall a relaxing experience.

The service prior to our visit to book our treatments was dealt with by Amira who sorted everything we needed and more. We had an amazing massage at the spa by Tatiana and the spa facilities available were great. Such a relaxing experience.

My experience was amazing I loved every minute of it the staff were amazing and so nice and so welcoming and the message staff were so polite and lovely there was so much to do it was such a relaxing day and an amazing atmosphere would absolutely do it again and the treatment was amazing the spa was very clean and in an amazing condition.

We had a spa visit with a beauty treatment and afternoon tea. It was my mum’s 91st birthday treat and I told the spa staff when I booked our treatments. Everybody wished her a happy birthday in the spa, the bar area and the restaurant! She was thrilled that they made such a fuss of her. All of the staff in the hotel were so lovely, couldn't do enough for us. The treatments were very good - I had the Swedish massage and my Mum had the facial. The spa area is quite small and it is also quite dark as it is in the basement. The staff told us we were free to go into the bar area and restaurant at any time in our bathrobes. The afternoon tea was gorgeous. Too much to eat so they boxed up the leftovers for us when we left. Overall I would say the treatments were lovely and the afternoon tea was amazing. I think the outstanding customer service really made the day for my Mum. Would I go there again? Yes, at that price for the treatment and afternoon tea.

£6 for robes and slippers. Afternoon tea was pleasant with nice big tea pots! Spa treatment staff very professional and really enjoyed my back massage. Pool, Jacuzzi, relaxation room, aromatherapy cave, steam room and sauna all good. Only 2 female changing cubicles, 1 female toilet, 1 female shower. Lockers need replacing. Hair dryer not working.
