We had a spa visit with a beauty treatment and afternoon tea. It was my mum’s 91st birthday treat and I told the spa staff when I booked our treatments. Everybody wished her a happy birthday in the spa, the bar area and the restaurant! She was thrilled that they made such a fuss of her. All of the staff in the hotel were so lovely, couldn't do enough for us. The treatments were very good - I had the Swedish massage and my Mum had the facial. The spa area is quite small and it is also quite dark as it is in the basement. The staff told us we were free to go into the bar area and restaurant at any time in our bathrobes. The afternoon tea was gorgeous. Too much to eat so they boxed up the leftovers for us when we left. Overall I would say the treatments were lovely and the afternoon tea was amazing. I think the outstanding customer service really made the day for my Mum. Would I go there again? Yes, at that price for the treatment and afternoon tea.

£6 for robes and slippers. Afternoon tea was pleasant with nice big tea pots! Spa treatment staff very professional and really enjoyed my back massage. Pool, Jacuzzi, relaxation room, aromatherapy cave, steam room and sauna all good. Only 2 female changing cubicles, 1 female toilet, 1 female shower. Lockers need replacing. Hair dryer not working.

On the whole had a good experience but a couple of areas let you down. When we arrived we were told there were no towelling robes available because the delivery had broken down. I think a simple text to notify us could have meant we could have bought our own robes which would have been more comfortable than numerous damp towels. Also the changing rooms and a couple of toilets we used were tired just need a bit of a revamp. All the staff were welcoming …the main ares of the hotel were comfortable and the afternoon tea was pleasant. Spa treatment staff again very professional and really enjoyed my facial and the advice I was given.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the spa. Staff were all friendly. Facilities were all lovely. We had a very nice back massage and the afternoon tea was also lovely. They were very accommodating changing the timings for us. Would definitely come back.

It was a wonderful experience. All the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Even the guests were all so lovely. It is located in a quiet part of Bournemouth which is roughly 15 mins from the seafront. Great value and would highly recommended to everyone.
