Lovely birthday treat for mum
Booked this hotel after searching for a spa break offer for my mother's 60th birthday, I must say the hotel was lovely, all staff very pleasant and welcoming.
When we arrived we were a little early for check in so the lady on the desk took our bags and we went for a drink in the bar, about 10 mins later the lady came to find us to check in and had already taken our bags up to our room, I thought this was lovely and such a kind gesture.
The rooms are clean tidy and in fitting with the "style" of the hotel. Bathroom new and clean, and the beds felt like sleeping on a cloud so soft and fluffy.
The spa is gorgeous, not massive but beautiful brick and beam in the coach house. Pool was clean and lovely and warm and although we didn't use the gym I could see through the windows it was the same decor and clean and very well equipped. Steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi all clean and lovely. The spa package was great the rooms are clean relaxing and the service was very professional.

+ Overall a lovely little overnight break. Lovely, clean and comfortable room, recently refurbished to a high standard. Very pleasant and helpful hotel and spa staff. Great Spa facilities including an excellent back and neck massage. Lovely breakfast.
- Afternoon tea was a little disappointing but not awful. When I made the booking, 2 months prior to our stay, I had booked 2 slots for the Spa treatments (over the telephone with a SpaSeekers rep and she gave me the times). I rang the hotel on the morning we were due to check- in to confirm everything and the 2 Spa treatments were not booked in. Thankfully they had had 2 cancellations and we were able to have our treatments. Would have been very disappointed otherwise!
Olivia was a great therapist and I really enjoyed my visit, so much so that I booked in another visit for the next day!

A lovely Spa Experience
Me and my sister came to the Wynnstay for a spa day before the Christmas rush and we loved it! It is a quaint and personal spa which I loved. The facilities were nice, the pool area lovely and nice and clean, it had a nice Jacuzzi and seating around the pool area to relax. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea which had a good selection of sandwiches and cakes. Then we had our treatments with Emily and she was brilliant, very professional and very welcoming and friendly. We both enjoyed a lovely body exfoliation and mini facial. I would definitely recommend and we will definitely be returning.
