Hi I had a lovely time at the spa,
But I did have one issue:
Plastic cups for the water fountains, clients were using up to 5 ONE USE cups per visit that's a lot of waste...
Now banned in Scotland, do the right thing and switch to paper before you are forced to. It will show your company cares.Karen Fawcett, Rhyl, Dyserth

Very relaxing and well organised. Had to book time slots for sauna, steam etc, but this worked well with current situation and gave us more privacy. Food was delicious. Treatment was great and staff very friendly.

Lovely facilities. Enjoyed the spa experience. The staff are lovely. The thermal suite was the best bit overall. That's good I paid extra to have more time in it. The treatment was amazing. The food was 1st class. My only gripe was my room was near the lift and the stairs so was awake most of the night.
