I booked this spa experience for 5 ladies, to celebrate my daughter’s 50th birthday. We had a lovely relaxing day, the treatments were great although we all said we would have loved the pamper for a little longer.

Everyone was happy and smiling nothing was to much trouble. I am diabetic and was low and the restaurant bar was not open for 10 minutes the lady went to the kitchen and fetched me some biscuits and chocolate caramel truffles. Thank you. Spa treatment was amazing I felt so relaxed and Beth explained what creams she was using josh was so very helpful in the restaurant for dinner as our booking had somehow been mixed up and the food was amazing. Breakfast Cathy was so helpful. The whole experience was amazing thank you. Clean friendly and the room was beautiful I fully recommend and will be returning.

Enjoyed the spa indulgence experience, myself and my auntie went as a birthday treat. We were shown where everything was as we hadn't been before, the locker room was clean and tidy, although there wasn't any cubicles to get changed into which I wasn't a fan of. The relaxation room was lovely, comfortable chairs and a water machine to keep up with hydration. Jess was my therapist for my full body massage and scalp massage, I have never experienced a massage like the one i had, it was amazing! I felt so relaxed after and Jess was very friendly and talked about the products she used after. The Gorge restaurant is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. We had a three course lunch with a glass of prosecco which was very enjoyable! Finally before the day ended we indulged into the steam room and sauna which was very nice too! Overall fantastic experience and will return to this spa again in the near future.

Had a lovely morning. Facilities clean and what you'd expect. Good sauna/steam room and super pool. Treatments were on time although the relaxation rooms were chilly despite radiators. Lovely prosecco lunch. A good time was had be all.
