The premises was busy and confusing to enter, staff were helpful and polite. Pool and Jacuzzi were lovely at good temperatures, busy with people and a lesson in the pool interrupted my enjoyment with trainer shouting to the participants. Massage treatment included was very good. Possibly will go again but will check pool lesson times as this wasn't disclosed when I booked.

We had a relaxing time and especially enjoyed the water beds in the relax room. The treatments we had- full body scrub and back shoulder and head massages were really professionally done and we both felt sublime afterwards. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would both like to visit again.
