You’ll also find plenty to see and do in the local area, including the picturesque countryside in and around the Blackdown Hills AONB. Sheppy’s Cider Farm at Bradford on Tone is also well worth a visit, and some retail therapy in nearby Ilminster is always a pleasure.

Keeping the stress at bay isn’t always easy for me, but when I recently spent a day at Transformations I was amazed at how calm I started to feel. It’s such a relaxing place, and it feels like you’re miles away from your usual worries. If I get the chance, I have a feeling I’ll be going back on a regular basis from now on, hopefully every six weeks or so. Fingers crossed that things turn out that way!
