I’d like to thank Connor personally. He has helped book me & my fiancée a 2 day spa break taking away all the pressure & supplying us with an amazing service would highly recommend. If you’re ever thinking about booking a Spa break I would consider these guys. They gave us plenty of options that suited our requirements. My fiancée is 7 months pregnant & Connor prioritised this to ensure she had the most comfortable time. Thanks again.

Great help from customer service. I booked the wrong spa and had to cancel it within 5 minutes of booking. Harry did this free of charge for me and then helped me to find another spa that was also convenient for pregnancy! Great service and super happy to help me find the right one!!

Wanneika was unbelievably good at targeting the areas that had the most tension. I've been to places where they just do whatever or just following a script but it seemed Wanneika really understood where it was needed - I said I liked it firm and she fully went for it without being too painful still soothing. When I got home I was relaxed and ready for a good night sleep, I have never slept better, tension gone.

Very nice hotel lovely spa area pool and Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. We had massages very professional and relaxing, lunch included was served in the sea view pool view area, very modern and the food was tasty. Great all round.

I booked a spa day for my mum and I for her 60th birthday! The welcoming we received from Paula Croft at the spa was so welcoming! She was professional and lovely and her massage was fantastic and made us feel so relaxed and comfortable! I asked her if she could surprise mum with a few proseccos after the massage and she had it waiting when mum came out. The facilities after the massage (Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna) were fab! Thank you Paula for making our experience truly special for my mum! Xx

Be aware the hotel car park is underground with a shutter entrance. If you have a fear of enclosed spaces then there are 5 hour parking spaces pay and display further down the road. The Jacuzzi was undergoing maintenance which only received an email about after 5pm the previous day. The spa itself is clean and relaxing. We had 25 min hair and scalp treatment which was acceptable. Free tea and coffee available.

My wife and I had a most relaxing time at the vale resort. The relaxation areas and massages were perfect. The lunch was delicious and we sat in the terrace conservatory which was very pleasant. Only two minor things to flag. One is that a welcome drink whilst filling the forms would have been nice and maybe to add a few more showers in the changing rooms? That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our spa day.
