Chose a great hotel using the spa seekers. Got a fantastic deal and the hotel responded immediately with the bookings for the restaurant and treatment. Never had an instant follow up from a hotel when using another agency. Am very impressed and am looking forward to the hotel in may.

Absolutely fantastic. Booked last year for March. Paid the extra insurance cover. Had a serious car accident in December so was unable to make March. I cancelled through the insurance. Very easy to do this. Money came back as a voucher. I used the voucher today to book for Septenber. Again this was extremely straightforward. Very good service.

I enjoyed the overall experience of the spa although the steam room was too busy for a space. However, the sauna was very hot and more than adequate. I particularly loved the water fountain in the pool and the foot jets. But the highlight of my visit was an outstanding half hour back massage by therapist Tina. One of the best massages I've ever had. The changing room was quite small with many lockers out of service, and with limited seating, so not ideal. And the overall experience involved a lot of stairs, although the staff were super helpful. I would definitely revisit. And insist on seeing Tina!

The spa day was lovely and relaxing. We joined in an acquaintance aerobics class and enjoyed the Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Staff were friendly and helpful - the changing rooms were clean but could do with some maintenance especially on the lockers. The view and the warm spring sunshine meant we could eat outdoors which made the day more relaxing.

We went here as a half way point between two friends for a relaxing catch up. The spa treatment was lovely, staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The package included dinner, breakfast and the hotel as well as the spa treatment which was great value. The only thing I ’d say that was lacking were the spa facilities, two smaller pools and a sauna were all ok. The steam room was closed and no hot tub meant we weren’t inclined to dip back in a second time. There was also building works happening onsite which certainly didn’t help with relaxing but I’d assume that isn’t all the time!

Got it as a Mother’s Day gift and was amazing! The pool, sauna and steam rooms! A girl called Mia did spa treatments for me and my mum and without a doubt one of the best I’ve ever experienced! Just wow what a credit she is to the company.

What a wonderful day. A treat to celebrate my sisters special birthday. The spar, treatments and atmosphere were amazing. The afternoon tea was delicious. Staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a visit and will be returning soon.
