No matter how hectic things might be for you, the ultimate indulgences are easy to find in the hotel’s luxurious spa. From the moment you walk through the door, leaving those tensions and traumas behind is oh so easy.
Take a look at the tempting list of treatments and choose the ones that match your needs perfectly. Later, you can spend some quality time in the sumptuous tropical swimming pool and reflect on how wonderful life can be.
The state of the art gym is ideal for both newcomers and experienced athletes alike, so prepare to be impressed. Everything you need to create the perfect workout amid a friendly and welcoming atmosphere is to be found right here.
There are plenty of organised classes for those who prefer to have a little more structure in their sessions. Just outside the hotel, there’s a superb 18-hole golf course on which to test your skills.
Please note: Aqua fit classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 9:30am -11.30am
From blissful breakfasts and lovely lunches to tempting teas and sensational suppers, the hotel’s elegant restaurant has something for everyone. Be sure to set aside some time to savour the fabulous fine dining while you’re here.
For something a little more informal, head to the Café Bar & Grill for both healthy and indulgent offerings. Of course, you can also just sit awhile with a fresh coffee and watch the world go by instead if you prefer.
Zest Café is located across the car park and we recommend appropriate footwear and clothing.

We had a lovely day especially the massage, the Jacuzzi was very difficult to operate but was wonderful when it did, we had a swim, and sauna. Pool side shower would be a good addition.

Booking through SpaSeekers.com was straightforward and successful. I will use the again.
Sprowston Manor had great facilities, a lovely pool with steam room & sauna. The staff were very good and efficient with excellent customer relationship skills. My friend and I very much enjoyed our massages, for me the best I've had in a long time. Thank you Beth. We both will be planning a return visit.Cathy Carlin, Hertfordshire

Booking the spa break through SpaSeekers was easy, got an amazing deal. Afternoon tea, dinner, breakfast, treatment of our choice and use of facilities at a fantastic price. The hotel was huge, clean and all staff were friendly. Food was lovely and lots to choose from. Room was amazing. Would definitely be going back and would highly recommend to anyone for a relaxing break.

It was an excellent spa day at Sprowston Manor Hall. The package included a neck & back massage and a cream tea. The massage was really relaxing and cream tea was to die for with clotted cream and as much tea or coffee you wanted. The service was spot on, nothing was too much trouble. The pedicure option taken by one of our party (instead of a massage) was disappointing but I was more than pleased with my massage which could have been light, medium or firm. The facilities at the hotel were all in good working order. A lovely airy pool, sauna and steam room although the Jacuzzi could had been a tad warmer. The showers and changing room were hot and clean. It was good to see a swimming costume spinner and plastic bags to take your wet things home. They do charge a £1 for extra towels used. Overall it was exceptional value and I would definitely go again.

Booked last minute night before attending as weather looked poor the next day. Great relaxing day and pleasant treatment. Will go again.
