We all love a little pampering at times, and that’s why this exquisite retreat is a complete and utter must-visit. The finest products and a great team of passionate experts will ensure your experience is a perfect one.
You can choose from an extremely tempting range of treatments and therapies designed to soothe and revitalise. And for yet more indulgence, be sure to spend some recovery time in the indoor swimming pool.
All standards of exercise, from gentle jogs to marathon training, can be enjoyed in the hotel’s fully equipped gym. A superb selection of state of the art equipment will help you find the workout that matches your ambitions.
Away from the gym, you can savour a round of golf or a game of tennis as well. And when you’re ready to unwind afterwards, head to the whirlpool spa to recover your equilibrium.
Elegant and sophisticated dining is standard at the Ashdown Park Hotel, thanks to the Anderida Restaurant, an award-winning eatery that has an excellent reputation. If you’re a discerning foodie, you will adore this place.
As well as world class eating, you will also be impressed by the extensive wine list. You can also enjoy excellent bistro-style cuisine in the Fairways Lounge, which serves meals and snacks accompanied by stunning views of the golf course.

Very enjoyable and relaxing weekend break in luxurious surroundings. The spa was clean, treatments prompt and attentive. We had an enjoyable swim in the newly refurbished pool, pre booked prior to arrival.
We arrived the day after the covid lockdown was lifted and the service, food, the presentation of the hotel was faultless.AL Pinder, Essex
A lovely afternoon

Went with a friend and we had a really pleasant afternoon with nice treatments and an excellent tea. Tea was taken in the main hotel which was lovely and relaxing although it was a bit tricky walking round in the dark as the weather was horrendous and the lighting wasn't good between the Spa building and the hotel. Overall, we had a nice relaxing afternoon and would recommend the package with 50 minute treatment of your choice and afternoon tea.

My wife and I each opted for an aromatherapy full body massage which was most relaxing for both of us. Despite a misunderstanding on booking (mostly my fault) the treatments were allocated to us accurately. The booking team were attentive and helpful when I explained what had happened.
My wife's massage focussed on areas of tension whilst mine was more general and in both cases most enjoyable. We both opted for a lavender oil which is for general relaxation.
The facilities were spotlessly clean and welcoming - like the rest of this fantastic hotel. A beautiful setting.
We loved the experience and are looking to repeat it.
Like best - me: how the masseuse made me feel at ease in what I had imagined might be an awkward context
Like best - my wife: the skill of the masseuse in locating tension
Like least - me: the "mood music"
Like least - my wife: people sitting around in bath robes...Mark Cousins, Bromley
Half Day Spa Treat

I booked the spa half day including lunch as a surprise for my husband (it was his 65th birthday at the end of January). The whole experience was a delight, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. my husband thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, the full body massage was very relaxing and we used all the facilities (with the exception of the gym, those days are past :-)
The lunch which we selected was served on time and was of a very high standard, the full relaxing experience was rounded off with a couple of gin and tonics in the bar. A very pleasant morning which we both enjoyed. Only one minor thing, we could not share the steam room and sauna as they were in the changing rooms for each gender, but this did not distract from the overall experience.Angela Balcombe, South Chailey, East Sussex
