Very nice and skilled staff, enjoyed the massage. Relaxing atmosphere, and facilities where as promised. Nice tea and scones. Only downside is the lack of natural daylight in the relaxation room.

Had a really great time, staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my first time at a spa and felt very relaxed and enjoyed it! The massage and the facilities were amazing and the afternoon tea was very tasty!

Beautiful location and easy to get to. We had a lovely lunch in the conservatory with great service and the treatments were excellent. Certain areas could do with a lick of paint, but overall it was a really enjoyable, relaxing and reasonably priced package.

I chose Wyck Hill as it wasn't too far to travel, it was a treat for myself and my daugher for my birthday, Th deal I chose included half day use of spa facilities (checking in at 2pm, one treatment and afternoon tea - £49 pp). The changing rooms in the spa are tiny, fortunately we were the only ones using them but if anyone else needed to change it was have been difficult. The sauna and steam rooms are really nice and everywhere is very clean. Included are robes and slippers and towels. What was lacking was a pool. The actual massage I had was really good, the therapist was very knowledgeable and professional. The tea was just "nice", the finger sandwiches were ok one flavour was a very unusual spicy tomato (not nice). The scones were lovely and warm but the cakes were a bit bland.

My daughter and I decided the day before that we wanted some pampering asap. Wick Hill Hotel could oblige us the next day and not to far from where we live. Enjoyed steam, sauna and relaxation room. Pity it did not have a gym or swimming pool. Apart from that Swedish back and neck massage relaxing, followed by afternoon tea in the library over looking the garden.
