Beautiful basement spa in what used to be the vaults of a bank. Fantastic treatment, very skilled therapist. Good facilities with hydrotherapy pool, small swimming pool, sauna and steam room with relaxation area. All very clean and fully recommend.

Firstly I'll say the spa is beautiful, clean and serene. Its small but beautifully created and was very quiet, only one other couple when we were there which was perfect for the size. I booked this for my daughter and I for her 30th birthday. The prosecco was missing that was included in the price I paid, and whilst I had a fantastic full body massage, that included a beautiful facial, my daughter's was just a massage so it it was a little awkward when I was raving about mine after! She did enjoy hers too but the variance in what we received and then the missing glass of prosecco was a little disappointing,

Lovely break away from the humdrum of life, spent a couple of hours moving between the pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and then a relaxing hot stone massage with the lovely Martha. Pure bliss. Pool is a bit small but I was swimming in an old bank vault! Fascinating. Finished with a cheeky Prosecco in the bar and then back to life, feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you to all.

Fantastic spa staff. Revitalising back massage was incredible. Great paperwork prior to massage to identify areas or desire/ avoid as well as medical history etc. highly recommend. Lovely facilities, small yet enough.

Lovely experience. Very clean. Only set back was when we arrived we were told we did not have a booking! Even though I had the booking reservation on my phone, we were then told the problem was that we had only booked the spa which was unusual.
