Our overall experience at Bannatyne Bristol was very good. The facilities are well maintained. The Jacuzzi was reasonable size and I really liked the relaxation room with plenty of benches, I think 8 or so. The highlight of our visit was our couples massage in the dual room. Our therapists Holly and Juliet were very friendly and professional and the massages left us feeling nicely relaxed and relieved. Excellent service by the 2 of them highly recommended.

Small but perfectly formed and value for money! The massage was glorious and facial relaxing. Good jacket potato for lunch and a perfect pedicure to round off the afternoon. Also used the Jacuzzi, steam and relaxation rooms. Clean areas, hot showers with decent pressure. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've been here a few times for spa packages now and have a lovely experience each visit.

Was shown around by helpful dedicated staff member. Sunday, steam room. Great. Pool small . It's not a fancy place but nice. I has two treatments to and must admit they there amazing. The lady, didn't know her name (left for home in a redish coat) had super hands. She got me relaxed which is virtually impossible. It's not a fancy spa but great for day out. Changing rooms, shower, lockers where great.
