Myself and my partner had a lovely time at the spa and found the treatments very relaxing and revitalising. Also enjoyed the light lunch at the garden. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We would definitely recommend it :)

Wonderful 25min head, neck & shoulder massage. Pool & changing area clean and tidy, Jacuzzi warm, experience shower cold, stream room and sauna all good. All staff warn, friendly and courteous, light lunch also a great addition with a glass of Prosecco or soft drink of choice and fruit salad. No complaints.

Had a lovely day here for my daughters 19th birthday. All staff we had contact with were so friendly and welcoming. We had a good hour in the pool. Was glad we got there at 10am. By 11.30 pool was quite busy. Went to the bar for a coffee before our lovely lunch. Then we both had a fabulous massage. So relaxed when we left.

The booking process was quick and easy, however a day later I was contacted by email to say the package purchased was not available- I was offered a different package and the difference was refunded. As part of the package, which I purchased for myself and a friend for her birthday, we had an overnight stay, use of the spa, a treatment each, gym, pool, dinner and breakfast. They were also able to accommodate an early check in. The treatments were very relaxing, the beauticians were very good and Elemis products were used. The meals were delicious. What particularly made this stay enjoyable were every single member of hotel staff we spoke to. From the ladies at reception, spa staff, restaurant staff (a particular mention for Evie) and housekeeping - everyone was warm, kind, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble - I really appreciated this. I highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!
