Booked a last minute spa day. Wasn’t expecting anything fancy because of price we paid. But how wrong I was! Had a lunch which consisted of a tasty chicken salad fruit cocktail skewer and chocolate brownie and fruit juice . Full use of the pool Jacuzzi and steam/sauna rooms. Followed by a fantastic full body scrub and massage. Which is one of the best I’ve had. Overall experience was fab. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

Thank Q Spa Day - amazing quality
The Thank Q Spa experience at the Cheltenham Chase Hotel was wonderful from beginning to end. The Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff so friendly and approachable. Hotel amenities great from the lounge areas, restaurant quality and bars.
The Health and Fitness Centre was very well equipment. The pool area and amenities exceptionally good.
We had facials by experienced therapists who did an amazing job.
The whole experience was well worth the visit and we would certainly recommend and visit again without doubt!

Excellent value for money
Visited with my daughter for a one night spa break. Such a brilliant deal. The treatments were excellent, one of the best massages I have had. The staff were very helpful welcoming and friendly and really looked after us. The facilities are good and you are allowed to use them all day on both day of arrival and day of departure unlike some spa hotels I have been to. The only thing that let the hotel down was the quality of food. The buffet lunch was sparse although they did make my daughter a lovely greek salad as she is vegetarian and all that was on the buffet was chicken and salad. The evening meal was more Wetherspoon quality than 4 star hotel. People were complaining and sending food back. Some said food the day before had been better so this could have been a one off. Overall the deal was excellent value for money, the spa itself was great and we had an enjoyable break.

Fantastic birthday for my wife Rose
My wife was thrilled with her treatments with really friendly staff we used the pool and sauna.
She liked everything but the massage on her back was favourite. The least favourite was the lunch (cous cous!!) did not go with the rest of the
day. First time at a Spa for me and I was quite impressed, thank you.
