Very enjoyable day for my daughters birthday, we had 2 massages each, relaxed on the beds for a while, then we decided to finish the day with a nice meal in the hotel, the staff booked us in for lunch, the meal was fantastic, it was a pity about the table, no table cloth. It was like eating in a transport cafe, I would have thought at these prices we would have had a table cloth, not much organisation our drinks didnt come at the same time, as they couldnt find a glass for my daughters gin and tonic. My overall satisfaction rating reflex the restaurant not the spa day.

Booked a spa day with 2 treatments for myself and a friend. Both had a back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial. £75 for us both so excellent value. We were in the same room (not a problem at all for us but best check if you prefer more privacy) and the beauticians were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. Great value for money with 20% off our lunch in the restaurant for spa day customers. Waitress and the reception staff were very friendly. Pool full of kids but it ‘is’ August. Would definitely go again (but during term time). We ended up at the outlet next door. Great day all round.

The Derbyshire is a lovely hotel. The spa is not huge but has everything you need. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful! The facial we had was lovely. And the lunch was to a high standard. All in all a great day! Will definitely go again! :)
