A fabulous day for two. We accessed the pool and Jacuzzi. Had a great massage, which was so relaxing, completed by time in the relaxation room. Thank you so much to the beauty team for looking after us. Enjoyed a late lunch and time over coffee. So sad to leave but we will be back!

Me and my husband came for the first time over the weekend for spa day and massage that was purchased for his birthday by his friend. The lady at the front desk was so lovely and welcoming. We informed her that we had never been before and she explained everything to us and even offered to show us around if needed. We had an amazing massage and will definitely be coming back again soon. The spa was extremely calm and clean.

My initial impression when I parked was that, by appearance alone, it was no more than a glorified leisure centre - in some areas, it was. I didn’t like walking passed a gym in my spa robe and I greatly disapprove of needing to pay £20 for a spa bag on top of the cost for the service, with a £10 refund in five-seven working days, even if I got to keep a comfy new pair of flip flops. I was told only after completing my questionnaire about the spa bags or to bring my own, which I’ve not had to do before (sounds entitled even when I’m writing it!) but those were my only issues. That said, the massage and facial were exemplary and the staff were outstanding! The massage was perfect, the food delicious (with a complimentary cappuccino for my mum, as it was her birthday), happy staff and a lovely swimming pool with jacuzzi. Overall, excellent bar the niggly bits at the start!

Facial exceptionally good. Enjoyed aqua fit class. The area outside needs to be swept clean. Piles of old rotten leaves at the door. Too many stairs and no lift to treatments or cafe.
