The fully equipped gym is perfect for both serious athletes and occasional exercisers. An extensive range of state of the art equipment and an inviting and an informal atmosphere await you.
If you’re looking for something a little different, there is a tennis court and a full-size football pitch. After all of your exertions, there is a golden opportunity to soak up some relaxation in the sauna and steam rooms.
There is an emphasis at Champneys Springs on food that is healthy but that doesn't compromise on superb flavours. Stunning dining experiences can be savoured in the wonderfully light and airy restaurant.
Many of the dishes feature delicious locally sourced ingredients, some of which are grown in the retreat’s own vegetable garden. Refreshing cocktails and a superb choice of wines will also add to the bliss.

Visited last night, lovely receptionist very friendly and helpful.Over all it was OK but things needed a little improvement. I was looking forward to using the hydro pool but that's only used as part of a treatment. So it was a bit of a shame we couldn't use that. Steam room out of use so we were limited what we could do. Used pool Jacuzzi and sauna didn't really have the spa wow factor for a high end spa. We did a aqua class and he was brilliant really good and got us working hard he was friendly and certainly worth doing a class. I was glad we did a class.

A modern but beautiful spa set in the countryside.
Springs is a very welcome break with friendly staff and excellent choice of food.
All our treatments were first class and the girls very professional.
We will definitely be booking in again this year!Joanne Lee, Swadlincote

We went on a one night Sunday spa break at Champneys, inclusive of 1 treatment, 3 meals and full use of the facilities.
The booking process with SpaSeekers was good, all went swimmingly and correspondence was good. Emails included full details of what to do and how to contact Champneys direct to book treatments etc.
Actual stay at Champneys could not be faulted - it was perfect in every way. Room was excellent, all spa facilities were luxurious, well-maintained and available when we wanted them. The whole venue is so spacious you never feel like you are in a crowded environment. The food was very good and the treatments were fantastic. The staff were lovely and helpful. Most of all the whole place is absolutely beautiful and a pleasure to relax in.
We fell in love with Champneys and will definitely be going again! We would certainly look at booking through SpaSeekers again as well assuming there was a similarly good offer on when we do.Katie Phillips, Tamworth
