Bournemouth is a popular resort offering bright lights and an exciting buzz, but the glorious Eforea Spa brings you an oasis of calm amid all the glitz. Here in your very own paradise, you can unwind without a care in the world, soaking up the ambience that surrounds you. In an increasingly hectic world, this is the indulgence that you have been craving.
You can savour some extensive retail therapy in the nearby shops, while there’s a superb beach just a short walk away. Bournemouth’s iconic Pier is a must-visit, while the town’s Lower Gardens are perfect for a little solitude. Poole Harbour is a short drive away, and both Old Harry Rocks and Hengistbury Head are both worthy of a visit.
Days of decadence are always a pleasure here, and overnight escapes are even better. The spa is home to four blissfully serene treatment rooms and there’s a highly impressive gym on hand as well. And when you feel the need for refreshment, spend some quality time at the modern, magnificent restaurant.

Fabulous spa day
Easy and fast booking on SpaSeekers. The details in the package were correct and exactly the same what we get in the Hotel. No disappointment.
The Hilton Hotel spa was absolutely peaceful and relaxing in this time of the year. The masseuse is professional and lovely, and the afternoon tea in the Level8 bar was delicious. I’m sure this bar has a stunning view, but this day was raining so I couldn’t check it

Such an enjoyable day
The spa was beautiful and clean. Staff very friendly and treatment was super relaxing. I would 103859% come back again. The only change I’d like to see would be a few more loungers around the pool area.
