What should I expect when I visit one of your spas?
Your spa experience starts at check-in. So, arrive a little early and bring your booking confirmation. The receptionist will welcome you and show you around. There’ll also be some forms to complete.
Make sure you know the time of any scheduled treatments, and don’t be late as you’ll lose valuable pampering time! Don’t forget that the therapists are there to ensure your spa experience is stress-free and something you’ll want to repeat time and time again.
Your package will include limited or full access to the spa’s leisure facilities, so make the most of them! Maybe you’ll enjoy a dip in the pool, or get a little sweaty in the sauna. Facilities do vary between spas, so check out the venue’s page on our website ahead of time to make sure you know what’s available.
