It was my first time ever at a spa and the staff were extremely helpful and patient with all my questions and ignorance. The massage and pools were extremely relaxing and all of the facilities were clean. I will definitely recommend this spa to anyone going to Bath.

A lovely spa tucked in the centre of The Royal Crescent in Bath. Firstly the staff were extremely welcoming, exactly what you’d expect from your spa experience, and they explained how our day would run - we did the half day package. The spa area was lovely, fairly small but had everything we needed and was a lovely space. We both had full body massages which were amazing, followed by afternoon tea where again the service was fabulous and food and drink amazing too.

Had a great half day spa experience at The Royal Crescent Hotel and Spa. The massages and spa facilities were lovely and relaxing, and the afternoon tea afterward was the icing on top. Very much enjoyed my time and the staff were incredibly attentive (I was 6 months pregnant at the time).
