I had a lovely day. My treatments with both Grace (facial) and Eroline were really lovely and relaxing. The pressure was just right and I felt really relaxed. The venue is amazing, good facilities and easy to find and good parking. I must say that when you pay a good amount of money to be effectively 'spoilt' for the day it would be nice to be shown around and told when you could get drinks from etc. We were merely pointed in the right direction. Also I think that tea and coffee should be included all day; we paid £4 each for a tea and coffee in the golf bar which was expensive and felt a bit uncomfortable when we were in our robes. All in all we had a good day though.

Amazing service on arrival. The spa was really serene and peaceful with great facilities (saunas, steam room and lovely outside area). We had a really relaxing morning and great massages all booked at the same time which was great. Lunch was also great - really nice food and good service and extra bonus of watching one of the resident peacocks strut around the grounds! Then at around 3pm, as we got back and settled into the spa after our lunch, children were let into the spa - this completely changed the atmosphere - they were jumping into the pool and were in the hot tub and sauna despite the rules saying they weren't allowed in those. It became really loud, stressful and unpleasant - with no space to swim or use the pools, or anywhere to relax quietly - and they were there for 2 and a half hours so we didn't have much time left before our day ended at 6pm. And I would absolutely book via SpaSeekers in the future - they were really helpful/responsive in getting my booking sorted.

We enjoyed the day, pool area was good, spacious and modern. The rest of the spa is a bit tired and unimpressive (reception area, treatment rooms, changing rooms) however staff were very welcoming and efficient.
