I loved my experience at the spa and hotel generally. Staff were without exception, attentive, polite and helpful. The spa itself was extremely well-thought out with lots of excellent touches. I found the facilities had great attention to detail from the temperature throughout, to the lighting, music and ambience everywhere. The spa treatments themselves, the pool and sauna and steam-room left me on cloud nine. The bar, grounds and period features of the property were lovely. I can't wait to come back!

Fabulous back massage and facial in a really relaxing environment. Followed by a superb lunch and a “Happy Birthday “ plate with chocolates which was very kind. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds and amazing family of peacocks. Ended off the day with a drive through Tring which is really quaint.

This is a hotel with spa facilities including steam room, treatment rooms, gym, sauna, pool...but no Jacuzzi. Pretty grounds and lovely food. But the spa is not accessible for disabled people at all and I think there should be a way of finding this out prior to booking. There are lots of stairs to access different parts of the spa, the spa reception and treatment rooms are below ground level, the pool only has the metal ladder type stairs to access it, there are steps down to the steam room and sauna. So would I visit again, yes, but with my disabled mother who nearly came with me, no.
