I contacted Spa Seekers to see if a voucher we were gifted could be changed to another I had saw online. Katy was very helpful and dealt with my request very quickly (within a morning). I told her what I was after and she was able to confirm the perfect package I could get instead and she sent me a breakdown of the offer via email. As soon as I confirmed that I was happy to proceed, she booked everything for me. Her customer service was very refreshing and something I feel you don’t get often anymore. Thank you for being so helpful and not making my request feel like a burden in anyway. She was totally happy to help!

SpaSeekers are very easy to deal with. Their online chat will put you through to a real person ( the bot just gets your basic details) and they are very helpful. I also rang them and spoke to them over the phone, even getting to speak to the person I was chatting to via online chat, Alice. The spa is a family facility pool with two hot tubs children under 12 not allowed in the them. Small sauna loungers towels robes outdoor furniture bar facilities. At an additional cost you can upgrade to access the fire and ice experience. The treatment reception area is also used as the quiet 🤫 space 🤷♀️ water dispensers. Locker £1 refundable. Generous changing facilities everything needed is available. The staff are an absolute asset to the company they are welcoming, informative professionals. 10 out of 10 for the staff 7 out of 10 for spa experience. Needs more hydrotherapy, steam room, relaxing hot beds understanding the price would need to increase with an upgrade/addition of facilities. The complex which the spa is located is huge and I am not sure the spa meets an equal capacity balance with the volume of residents/members within the complex.

A fantastic experience. I went with a friend and we were made to feel welcome. Lots to do and we really enjoyed our day. Will definitely book again. When booking our treatment time was rearranged but SpaSeekers sorted this quickly for us.

Booked a spa day for some well deserved rest and relaxation for myself and my friend. The facilities were wonderful and clean and the staff were really helpful. We enjoyed the sauna, steam room and plunge pool and felt rejuvenated. Highly recommend. We will definitely will be visiting again.
