I have had nothing but great service from the beginning of my enquiries about a spa break for a group of friends. Ali in particular was the most helpful adviser I could have wished for. We changed venues and dates through the course of the booking but nothing was too much trouble and she made it easy and changes were made seamlessly. The package we have booked looks amazing and we can’t wait for our weekend away to come.

The Spa has a lovely relaxation room and the ambiance is very relaxing. The treatments were satisfactory but not the best I have had. Lack of explanation during facial and did not concentrate on the area I asked to during the massage.

I’ve been too all the Rena spas in London I go every year for my birthday either with my partner or with my friends and the service and the treatment are always 10/10 The receptionist she’s so sweet and friendly the ladies that did my treatment were amazing. I will be back next year for my birthday lol

The staff were lovely, treatments were great, afternoon tea was very yummy with lots of tea and coffee included. Only downside was that the swimming pool was being renovated and there was some loud hammer drilling. We felt that it would have been nice to have been contacted to say that was the situation. But the rest of our day was brilliant.
