I booked Bannatynes at Chafford hundred through spa seekers who were really helpful. It was lovely to get someone on the phone who knew what they were doing which made it quick and easy to book. I booked Bannatynes for my sister as birthday treat, not knowing what to expect as the photos don't do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised, when we arrived we already had a 35 minute massage booked but we could up grade for a few pounds more so we opted for a lava stone and hotstone massage and a scalp massage. We loved the relaxation room, it was cosy with the candles and felt revitalised after the massage, the hair treatment done wonders for our hair. We also took advantage of the gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout and the spa was spotless, we will definitely go again.

We booked an experience via spa seekers. Unfortunately, the indoor spa facility was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. We therefore chose to cancel our booking. Ellenborough Park contacted Spa Seekers to advise, who then promptly refunded us. So whilst we didn't experience the spa, we did experience good customer service all round. Its times like this that show who they really are. So I recommend this company! It shows they do the right thing when it counts.

The information given on my initial enquiry was helpful in our party deciding to go with Spaseekers. When booking Ali was very helpful as the party consists on 9 people, some wanting treatments, some wanting single rooms. She was very precise in making sure we had the correct bookings, particularly when I made an error in one of my emails.

My husband got me vouchers for a spa day for my friend and I and by the time I got round to booking a date, the location that was near me was no longer available through Pure Spas and all others were in Scotland or London (I'm in North West) so when I messaged Spa Seekers in a panic, Joanne immediately sent me a new link with new closer options through Spa Seekers instead and helped me through booking what turned out to be a much better spa package within our allowance. She was so quick, helpful, friendly and even organised for complimentary chocolates for us. I would definitely use Spa Seekers again because the customer service is the best I have received in a while. Joanne, thank you...may you never be logged out of any of your streaming services, your favourite songs always come on when you get into your car and both sides of your pillow alway be cool!

Basic spa facilities within a hotel. Changing rooms were basic but showers were hot. Lovely large pool with lots of seating areas and amazing treatments from Jordan in the spa area.

Myself and my sister enjoyed the sauna steam and the quiet room. My 2 treatments were okay the therapist talked all way through and the back message was underwhelming not the strength Ie medium on the back and shoulder message very lack lustre. The facial was okay but not as through as I have had before.

Lovely spa day with lots of different rooms and relaxation areas. Food was very lovely with lots of good choices. New outdoor area and pools were the best part and loads of outdoor loungers, a great setting. Staff were all great.

Our morning spa with brunch was perfect in every way: the range of experiences, the wonderful food, friendly and polite staff and wonderful sunshine! We had a great time relaxing and chatting in such beautiful surroundings.

I booked the afternoon summer ritual afternoon spa deal. It smelt lovely when we arrived, and we were shown all the amenities,we did have to ask for our smoothie, but it was delicious and you can pick which one you’d like. It’s a very small basic spa, I don’t think I’d like to spend the whole day there, but I’d return for a morning/afternoon. I liked the fact it wasn’t too busy, and it was lovely and relaxing with a good size Jacuzzi and spotless, the pool is a good length (Separate to the spa) if you’d like to get a few lengths in. We both had a 25 min back massage, followed by a full body scrub, that was lovely and I’d definitely return for another treatment :).
