Who says you need to trek to the Himalayas to discover your best self? Wild wellbeing is waiting for you in the Surrey woodland thanks to the Kindred Spirits Ritual at the De Vere Horsley Estate. Your forest-bathing escape begins with a glass of Prosecco on arrival, before you slip into your robe and head out into the Thermal & Garden Sanctuary hidden in the trees.
For two blissful hours you can roam between the wood-fired sauna, bubbling jacuzzi and invigorating cold plunge, or head indoors for a gentle dip in the pool. Then it’s time for the 60‑minute ritual of your choice.
