It was great and we enjoyed so much. Will definitely go back again.
Lovely little spa, all facilities you would want and need to have a relaxing day. We had a mud rasual which was different but alot of fun.
The lunch in the secret garden was fantastic and the food was delicious.
Would definitely return again.
Booked for a three hour visit with 20 minute treatment for myself and husband whilst our daughter and friends were in the theme park. I thought that it might be a bit rushed and that we would have to get a late lunch. But completely the opposite - lunch was included. We checked in at 10.30, spent time in the pool, sauna etc. Then had lunch at 12.30 then treatments together at 1.45 I had a scalp massage and my husband had a back massage - both amazing and completely relaxing. (There was a mix up with our booking and they thought we had booked a mud treatment - but when I told them what we had actually booked they just rectified it immediately with no fuss what so ever), both therapists were extremely professional and polite as were all the staff. The pool and facilities are excellent and overall we were there for about 5 hours - bonus! We both loved every minute and will definitely return.
We came as a grouo of 11 women ranging from 24 to 64 years of age. Spa were accommodating to the needs of one of our party guests who were unable to use the facilities. Staff were friendly and explained everything we needed to know and were easily found for any other queries. The spa facilities were great with plenty on offer. We had a rasul ritual, I would reccomend this treatment, it was relaxing and we felt refreshed afterwards, the therapist thoroughly explained what to do and how it worked.
The spa is in a beautiful setting. Would perhaps be a good idea if the entrance/exit was separate to the theme park as could imagine this could get very busy. The spa itself was lovely & clean. Maybe a bit smaller than the photos looked but lovely. My only criticism is that the changing rooms are far too small.
Staff on reception were really friendly & helpful.
We had a two course lunch included which again was a lovely setting. Food was nice & plentiful. The waitress Natalie was lovely & very attentive, stayed to have a chat too.
All in all I couldn't fault it.
