Would highly recommend the spa break which we attended yesterday. Staff were so friendly and the afternoon tea was amazing.

The spa experience was excellent. However we stayed over. Although the hotel was lovely, the food was very poor.

Booked a spa day package at The Tytherington Club, initially the visit was very pleasant. We were greeted and shown around by Sara who was excellent and couldn't be any more helpful. The spa facilities were limited and the description was a little misleading. But we did enjoy the sauna and the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately the main pool was full of small children so was not so pleasant. Then we made our way for lunch this is where we were very let down. I had requested that one sandwich was plain ham and cheese on white bread for my fussy daughter, but expected the rest would be as shown on the menu. But no all the sandwiches were ham and cheese! The rest of the platter was equally disappointing there were three of us but it was basically tea for two with an extra scone. Again the spa staff tried there best to rectify the situation. After lunch we had treatments which were the best I've ever experienced. The spa staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional.

This is a lovely place with modern, comfy rooms. The reception staff were so helpful and the lady in the Aura spa was lovely. Really enjoyed my pedicure. There were lots of children in the poll so it was very noisy, so we waited an hour before going back for a swim. So by 6pm on a Saturday, it was a more relaxing experience than an hour before. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Evening meal was good too. Only slight downside here was that we couldn't have dessert as we were not told the kitchen closed at 9pm. If we had known this we would have put the order in when we arrived for dinner at 8.15pm. This was disappointing as our stay included a 2 course meal. But all in all, a great, relaxing stay.

I booked a spa day for me and my sister and what can I say, it was amazing! From the minute we got to reception the tone was set of what type of day we was in for. We had a tour of the spa and was given our robes and slippers and we relaxed before our booster facial. The lady that did our our facials and full body massages was the nicest and most professional masseuse we have ever had. The ladies on reception where also very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, we never had to ask for anything as everything was taken care of. The spa facilities are also out of this world. They are so clean and the steam room is super hot which was lovely after our massages. The whole day from beginning to end was perfect and just what we needed. The only little thing I would say is, I wish I had got the ladies names so I could have mentioned them in my review as they really did go the extra mile. So thank you. And we will no doubt be back in the future when we need another stress free day. :)

We had a great time here, the rooms were lovely and modern, the spa was dedicated to adults only with a very large hot tub. Only downside was the pool was quite busy as it’s a health club too but certainly not a deal breaker. Could have done with some loungers by the pool. Treatment was excellent couldn’t fault the service from the spa staff.
