About

Nothing says luxury quite like a spa day in the serene Sussex-Surrey countryside. So it’s no wonder voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa is such a dream location for those who like the finer things in life. On the outskirts of affluent Haslemere and set in a magnificent Tudor building, exposed beams and ancient oak doors make a beautiful backdrop for days and stays of sheer indulgence.

Nestled in 22 acres of woodland, tranquility, history and heritage abound. Achingly pretty, the hotel is a collection of carefully-converted barns, cattle sheds, milking parlours and stalls, set around a grade II-listed farmhouse that dates back to 1475. Now home to the elegant Tudor Restaurant and four characterful suites, together they form a picturesque hamlet which even has its own beautiful lake.

Stop gazing at all the natural splendour and take time to pause and refresh, because wellness is a cornerstone of the voco Lythe Hill experience. Situated in a stunning barn building overlooking the grounds, its newly refurbished spa provides an environment of ultimate rejuvenation.

Partake in a soothing Comfort Zone ritual in one of five tranquil treatment rooms. Take a dip in the crystal-clear 16m swimming pool. Unwind in the steam room and sauna, or order a drink to enjoy on the sun terrace.

Located just an hour from central London and 40 minutes from Portsmouth, intriguing day trip options abound. Pretty Haslemere teems with independent boutiques and is also home to the Haslemere Educational Museum, one of the largest natural history museums in southern England. Sporty type? Bring your walking boots and head out into the South Downs National Park.

Beyond the incredible wellness facilities, voco Lythe Hill offers 60 well-appointed guest rooms and suites, along with the elegant Tudor Restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or a delicious evening meal. There’s even the authentically Italian La Collina Pizzeria which wins rave reviews for its wood-fired fare. With everything you need for the perfectly pampering package, you may never want to leave.

The spa was a wonderful opportunity for a family getaway near London. The SpaSeekers Girls Night In package offered an all inclusive experience for and affordable price. The facilities were good for first time spa goers and the views and rooms at the Voco Lythe were superb.

The Lythe is a small, friendly spa and hotel in a pleasant setting just outside Haslemere. The room was comfortable, food excellent and full body massage fantastic. The large terrace provides plenty of space for outside sitting. It's not top end and could do with some small reparations here and there but like all places it's been tough with the pandemic. Overall we had a great stay there.

Staff friendly and helpful. Good treatment, large pool, plenty of places to relax, sauna was good. Jacuzzi was bubbling out cold water and steam room out of order which was disappointing. Overall a good experience though.

Hotel fantastic, staff amazing and really went over and above can’t remember the Brazilian waiters name but he really was the happiest and professional guy. Obviously because of the situation there were no spa facilities but we still had a relaxing time around the pool. Our massage was one of the best and just what we needed Definitely one to return to, good value for money.
