This is a great spa! Treatments were very good and therapists are very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were good and all areas very clean and well kept. We also had afternoon tea which was again very nice with a great range. Will definitely return.

Myself and 3 friends had a great trip. There was lots of free parking, rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was good. Breakfast was a wide selection self-service style with good times and dinner had a 3 course menu to choose from which was included (as the £27pp option) or you could select from another menu and apply the discount, additionally some times were on the menu you could just pay a small supplement fee for. The spa experiences were great, very relaxing and the team were great. The facilities were good too. Fabulous weekend.

So to start with the positive, the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was very professional, welcoming and helpful. The treatments we received were relaxing and felt very luxurious - all for excellent value. It's a beautiful building and the spa was just lovely. My only negative comment would be the afternoon tea - the food was absolutely fine, however I had communicated my friend's dairy allergy 3 times prior to our attending, and again twice on the day, and they still had a mix up and evidently had nothing prepared that was dairy free. They quickly made up some alternatives and were apologetic, so I don't blame the staff or the chef, but I would suggest better communication between booking and catering maybe? She was happy with what they were able to prepare, but I just felt a little disappointed that she didn't get as much as a treat as I did. Thank you for our visit.
