Organised a 1 night spa stay for a friends birthday, a complimentary drink was provided with a card which was a really nice touch. Restaurant staff, masseuse's and reception staff lovely and friendly and accommodating. I will say the spa manager was quite dismissive when we asked basic questions, such as where to get slippers and about the treatments, which was a little disappointing.

Went with daughters in law and granddaughter. We had a great time. The hotel is only three miles outside Stratford on Avon so easily accessible on our way home. Would recommend.

Stratford manor hotel is fantastic. Upon arrival we were greeted promptly in a very luxurious reception area and booked into our spa treatment efficiently. The spa area was perfect, large pool, sauna and steam room with daybeds to relax on too. The treatment we had was a shoulder, neck and head massage. The masseuse was professional, informative about the treatment and all round fantastic. I’d seen mixed reviews on the spa but I thought it was perfect, the pool decor was older but it’s to be expected, the spa itself was clean and tidy and clean and so were the changing rooms.
