From arriving at hotel at 11am. We were allowed to check into spa and use the facilities. The staff were very friendly and excellent customer service. Especially Archie in the bar. Lovely massage by Andile I felt so relaxed. So lovely to lay by the pool afterwards and just chill.

I visited Stratford Manor with my sister for a relaxing spa break. The treatments we had were excellent, our two therapists were delightful and pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable and after a delicious meal we slept soundly. The booking process (on line) was simple with good communications afterwards. Overall it was extremely good value for money and we can’t wait to repeat it.

Been here twice already. Very nice hotel location and the place was always clean. Food was great. Heated Indoor pool, we enjoyed a swim. Friendly staff. This hotel is highly recommended. I’m going to book another spa day for my husband and I.

I have spa on my birthday at the Stratford manor hotel. It was a great experience. The steam room, sauna are super clean. I had a good day winning at the pool. The whole ambience seems luxurious. I had a personal express facial by Jade, who has the most gentlest and softest of hands (but with optimum pressure!) she did a great job of the facial. It was an amazing, relaxing experience. She gave a head massage and shoulder massage along with the facial (for a short while) but was good. The next I had a foot treatment, which was alright and I still have some dry skin on my toes. So I would suggest have a body scrub or body massage instead of a foot treatment. I then had lunch and an Prosecco at the restaurant. Overall it was a good experience. I would go there again with my friends.
