Begin with the 50 minute treatment of your choice, then sauna-hop through two hours of hydrothermal bliss, where the South West’s largest hydrotherapy pool, herbal Finnish sauna and heated loungers set the tone for your restorative escape.
Outdoors, the ocean facing hot tub offers views towards Gyllyngvase Beach, while inside you can move between the rainforest steam room and the world’s only Cornish sea salt steam room. Once you’re fully unwound, it’s time to sip, savour and socialise over a leisurely two course lunch complete with a glass of fizz.
