Booked in for a duo spa day with my daughter. This started with a very tasty afternoon tea and then a body massage, facial and bath soak. I've been to a few spas and this was one of the best massages I've had. The place is smaller than others, and the poolside is snug and isn't set up for big groups but for us this added to the relaxing atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our day. Will be back!

Me and my sister have just had the most relaxing and enjoyable spa day. The spa is so new and modern. The lunch in the cafe was amazing. The treatment was amazing and the staff all absolutely lovely and friendly. The only thing is there is not much space for chilling by the pool, but this can’t be changed due to space available. The spa does have a chill out room if receiving treatment. We will be back and I would recommend.

I went to Ruskin spa in July with friends to celebrate a friend's birthday. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was given extra sandwiches with my afternoon tea; due to being a vegetarian, and was allowed pop instead of tea or coffee. Staff were also helpful at showing me around the spa and made sure we all had drinks throughout. The facilities include a pool and Jacuzzi and I really enjoyed the thermal shower. I liked the bathing treatment but think I would prefer a treatment like a facial or massage in future, as it's not much different than a normal bath (though the scent was lovely). I will certainly be coming here again and believe my friends will be too!

Today was just what the Dr ordered. We had a lovely time and the treatment was amazing. Definitely going to go again. Very relaxed. Afternoon tea was average but the treatment was incredible.

This was booked by our daughters, we enjoyed a 25 minute back massage by Molly and Alissa, lovely and chilled. We chilled in the relaxation room with a lovely herbal tea then enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam room, infra red room and hot tub. We felt very zen with our time there.
