I went to Ruskin spa in July with friends to celebrate a friend's birthday. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was given extra sandwiches with my afternoon tea; due to being a vegetarian, and was allowed pop instead of tea or coffee. Staff were also helpful at showing me around the spa and made sure we all had drinks throughout. The facilities include a pool and Jacuzzi and I really enjoyed the thermal shower. I liked the bathing treatment but think I would prefer a treatment like a facial or massage in future, as it's not much different than a normal bath (though the scent was lovely). I will certainly be coming here again and believe my friends will be too!

Today was just what the Dr ordered. We had a lovely time and the treatment was amazing. Definitely going to go again. Very relaxed. Afternoon tea was average but the treatment was incredible.

This was booked by our daughters, we enjoyed a 25 minute back massage by Molly and Alissa, lovely and chilled. We chilled in the relaxation room with a lovely herbal tea then enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam room, infra red room and hot tub. We felt very zen with our time there.

Lovely place, clean facilities. The hot tub was definately hot and bubbly just the place to relax and rejuvenate.if I could find one thing that needs improvement would be another towel needed if your visiting the spa for a soak experience. But that was a minor irritation.
