We had a really great visit. The customer service was excellent from everyone we met, from Julia at reception, to the professional Mia who gave me my treatment, to the friendly servers in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was very friendly. My treatment was lovely and relaxing. My desert was particularly delicious, and my friend was very happy with the choice of cheeses she could select from for hers. We will definitely come again.

We were greeted by staff in a friendly way, shown around the changing rooms and pool. We enjoyed a very nice afternoon tea with Prosecco. I had a Marine back treatment, which was relaxing, followed by an Ishgha Facial, which made my face feel soft and moisturised.. All the staff were friendly and helpful, my therapist was caring and helpful. The whole day was a lovely experience.

From arrival to the end, it was a glorious experience. From entering the hotel we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who escorted us to the spa area. The young lady on the spa reception was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. What can I say, the spa met all expectations with varied sauna, wet and dry as well as a decent pool. now the best, 25 minutes of absolute relaxation body rub and moisture. Cannot thank Abi enough, my skin is still glowing.

Got it as a Mother’s Day gift and was amazing! The pool, sauna and steam rooms! A girl called Mia did spa treatments for me and my mum and without a doubt one of the best I’ve ever experienced! Just wow what a credit she is to the company.
