Lovely drive up to the spa, beautiful landscape. Spa itself is really nice, products are excellent and the staff are warm and friendly. The steam room and sauna could do with a better clean but the rest of the areas were clean. Need to check the robes as the loops to hold the belt on were both broken. Massage was very good as was the facial. Didn't like that as soon as it was finished I had a sales pitch - very persistent one. That's not what anyone wants when they are trying to relax. Afternoon tea was delicious, very limited tea selection. Staff nice but not very attentive.

We purchased the spa day with treatments and afternoon tea and it didn't disappoint for my mum`s 80th birthday she had an absolutely fantastic time everyone was warm and welcoming especially the treatment ladies and the waiter for afternoon tea a delight. Would definitely recommend as it is also set in a beautiful setting.

Our Sunday Spa Retreat was very straight forward to research and organised via the SpaSeekers website with good updates and communication post booking. The hotel is situated in an amazing and scenic part of the Trossachs with great views all around. The staff at the spa were very helpful and kept us informed of the layout and timings. The treatment rooms were very calm and relaxing and the masseurs were very professional and thorough during the back/head/foot massages. The rest of the leisure facilities were also very good however the Jacuzzi was on the small side and there was a lack of loungers and chairs by the pool to relax on after a session in the pool/sauna/steam room. The hotel room was excellent as was the food and service so all in all, we would definitely have another return visit to this hotel & spa.
