Really enjoyed our day at the spa. The staff were welcoming and professional and facilities very good. Erin (therapist) was excellent and the treatments we picked were very relaxing, using Elemis products. It was my daughters 21st birthday the day we visited and this was a birthday treat, and we both had a fabulous day. Very good value for money and hope to return again soon.

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish me and my husband never been to forest pines before. The spa treatment was amazing the food was incredible and the room was just the best.

It was a lovely self-care day. I started with a warm welcome, during which the site was explained to me so I could find my way around. The place was clean and tidy. The pool was warm, a good size, and didn't feel crowded even though it was busy. My treatments (full-body massage and mini facial) were expertly delivered by friendly staff. Lunch was nice, and I felt well looked after. I will be coming back.

The spa was amazing, hen party group of 6 ladies. Treatments were out of this world and the service was fabulous! Meal on the evening was lovely, friendly staff. Breakfast was the best breakfast I have had at a spa. The hen was very happy with her break away . Special thank you to the housekeeping staff who decorated the room for our visit.

Booking was smooth and easy. The hotel/spa was amazing, All staff extremely lovely and pleasant. Every single staff member we came across really friendly and very helpful. Food amazing, drink prices a little expensive but to be expected for a spa getaway. Treatments really lovely. The only downside I will say is the system with regards to booking treatments needs to be better. A few weeks before our visit a member of staff contacted us to confirm our treatment times, said 3pm, our confirmation email said 4pm. I was asked to change to 3pm and if doing so we would be given access to the spa from 10am for their mistake along with complimentary robes slippers and towels and that a note would be put on the system stating this. The day before I got called back to confirm our treatment times for 4pm NOT 3pm. The women on the phone was lovely and we agreed to change back our time to 4pm. We would love to visit again. Thank you all staff.
